Economic and Organisational Psychology
Welcome at the Chair of Economic and Organisational Psychology!
Economic and Organisational Psychology is an applied subfield of psychology. It is committed both to the fundamental principles of scientific psychology, which focuses primarily on human experience and behavior, and to applied psychology, which focuses on improving conditions for human performance, personal development, health and well-being at work, in groups, organizations, and macroeconomic contexts. The combination of scientific rigor and practical relevance is a particular focus of our research, teaching, and practical education.
